I live in Dallas, TX and provide supervision for those living in DFW. With over 20 years of experience as a licensed professional counselor and over 13 years as LPC-supervisor. I believe that healing is possible through a trauma-informed lens and a collaborative relationship between the client and the therapist.

Education: I have a BA in psychology with a minor in Women's Studies from UMass Lowell and I have a Masters in Counseling Psychology from Texas Woman's University.

Theory and Specialties: I am passionate about providing ethical and evidence-based supervision to LPC-Associates and mental health services to clients who suffer from treatment resistant depression, grief/loss, PTSD, anxiety, and who are victims of crime. I use CBT, Motivational Interviewing, EMDR, a Feminist/Collaborative lens, and I'm Internal Family Systems – Informed.
