Greetings, I'm Steven Sheffield, a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) based in Texas and the founder of Solid State Therapy.

Theory and Specialties: My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, with certifications in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and specialized training in Parent Management Training (PMT). I work with adults, children, and adolescents across a variety of settings.
