Supervision Modalities: I am originally from Greece, and have been in the US since 2007. My worldview and approach with clients and supervisees are driven by my trauma-informed training and my preference for transgenerational, structural and strategic models of systemic therapy. I love identifying circularity, patterns, and strengths in every relationship. As a supervisor, I wear many hats, some of which are those of a coach, a teacher, a mentor, and an administrator. From the standpoint of a teacher, a mentor and a coach, my major priorities are that I listen to my supervisee, explore their worldview, validate their perspective, and acknowledge positive growth and progress. Additionally, I invite my supervisees to conversations, as well as in-session and out-of-session activities (such as role-playing, case conceptualizations) that will help advance their level of mental-emotional awareness and/or behavioral response. In some cases, therapy, and isomorphically supervision, can serve as a form of experiential education, a context where people, including both the supervisor and supervisee, learn invaluable lessons about life and develop clinical skills. As a coach, I am also to attend to self-of-therapist issues my supervisees might be facing. In an administrator role, I will review our applicable Ethics Codes (AAMFT; ACA) to address issues such as confidentiality, safety issues associated with mandated reporting guidelines, dual relationships with clients, record keeping, continuing education, and self-care.

Virtual supervision, Triadic supervision (two people attend and counts as individual), Group supervision, Monthly invoicing, Supervision times before 5:00 PM. Weekly, Twice each month (LPC Associates two hour supervision), Once each month (LPC Associates four-hour supervision), I am flexible.
