Theory and Specialties: I am a therapist with almost 20 years experience in a variety of settings including inpatient hospitalization, intensive outpatient programs, group therapy, auditing/compliance and private practice. I practice from a predominantly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy perspective with aspects of Solution Focused Therapy and Person Centered Therapy. I love working with others in developing their skills, pursuing their passions and becoming the best counselor they can be.
