Biography

Hi there!

As a supervisor, I aim to create a supportive and spacious container where you can explore your clinical intuition, sharpen your skills, and feel empowered to find your voice as a therapist. I value psychoeducation, open communication, and collaborative learning. Supervisees working with me often benefit from access to group offerings within my practice, along with the chance to gain hours in a meaningful and intentional way.

In addition to clinical development, I also provide guidance for supervisees who are interested in building their own private practice or learning how to navigate insurance-based work. Whether your goal is to eventually launch your own practice, understand the business side of therapy, or simply grow your confidence in serving complex clients, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

Currently, I work fully online and am expanding my group practice to include trauma-informed associates and practitioners who are committed to providing high-quality care. If you’re passionate about healing work and want to be supported by someone who truly values both your growth and your well-being, I’d be honored to walk alongside you in this chapter of your professional journey.

Before building my private practice, I worked as an educator, school counselor and career counselor, which gave me insight into the unique challenges individuals face across the lifespan. I also spent several years living overseas as an expat, an experience that expanded my worldview and strengthened my ability to support clients and clinicians from diverse cultural backgrounds.
