Theory and Specialties: As a counselor for over twelve years, I have practiced in private practice, clinical settings, public and private schools. My clients have included children, teens, young adults, couples, families, military personnel, elderly, and clients with numerous worldviews and orientations. Depending on the client's presentation, I use several theories and techniques ranging from systems theories, CBT, Gottman, EFT, psychodrama, post modern, Rogerian, and Bowen. As a life long learner, I constantly add to my toolbox. My goal is to coach, mentor, teach, and train Associates to go into the community with the knowledge to contribute to the improved mental health and wellbeing of all people.

Supervision Info: Virtual supervision, Triadic supervision (two people attend and counts as individual), Group supervision, Monthly invoicing, Supervision times before 5:00 PM, Supervision times after 5:00 PM, Weekend supervision times. I offer supervision weekly, twice each month (two hour supervision), and I am also flexible.
