Education: LPC 2000; LPC-S 2023 – I earned my M.S. from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. I am working on my doctoral studies in I/O Psychology with an interest in the health and wellness of the individual within organizations.
Theory and Specialties:I specialize in life transitions, work-life balance, and chronic illness. I use different therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Family Systems, and Mind-body practices. I embrace a comprehensive approach to counseling, integrating western psychology, neuroscience, and somatic healing into my practice. As a PhD candidate in I/O Psychology, I'm passionate about exploring mental health in the workplace. I enjoy teaching and helping others grow.
