Michelle Ruiz Deal
LPC-S 77004Biography
While primarily CBT-focused, I skillfully blend ACT, DBT, and mindfulness techniques to address trauma/PTSD, OCD, and bipolar disorder, along with co-occurring challenges. I believe that no person is just their presenting symptoms. There is an environment that impacts them and is impacted by their conditions. My supervision emphasizes incorporating, appreciating, and acknowledging the whole context—financial, occupational, family, cultural, and more. I'm bilingual (Spanish).
