I'm a Wisconsin native whom has been practicing in Texas for over 15 years! I have a long background working in the community mental health sector, including residential care, home visits/wrap-around, private practice, and state funded clinic settings. I am trained in DBT, CBT and CBT-p, MI, and am a trainer for Cognitive Adaptation Training (CAT), and Trauma Informed Care (TIC). I have worked with individuals across the lifespan from adolescents through older adults, and nearly every diagnosis in between including sub-acute, high risk populations!
