I love working with teens and adults facing anxiety, trauma, and grief. Our supervision group is intimate and collaborative. We typically meet virtually, but there are also opportunities to meet in person in Friendswood, TX.

Education: I have a MA in Clinical Psychology from UHCL with a training focus of CBT and ACT.

Theory and Specialties: My main modality is ACT, but I am also EMDR trained and utilize that (and other interventions) as appropriate for each individual client.
