Dr. Larry Freeney
LPC-S 78787Biography
Supervision with me is collaborative, structured, and growth-oriented. I believe effective counselors are formed not only through clinical skills but also through reflection, self-awareness, and professional integrity. I provide a supportive environment where you will be both encouraged and challenged to refine your voice as a counselor, strengthen your clinical decision-making, and uphold ethical excellence. My goal is to help you grow into not only a competent clinician, but a resilient professional who can serve clients with clarity and confidence.
Beyond counseling, I bring 17 years of martial arts experience, have competed in one of the most challenging endurance races in the world, and serve as host of Fully Alive on Radio Maria. These experiences shape my perspective on resilience, discipline, and holistic growth—values I aim to instill in those I supervise.
Memberships: Texas Supervisor Coalition Group Member, Kate Walker Training 40 Hour Supervisor Course Graduate, Member of Catholic Psychotherapy Association
