Julie Jones
Texas LPC-S 64441 Texas MFT-S 201251Biography
I have a lot of interns and associates in various settings including private and public schools, hospitals, public agencies, private practices, religious settings and long-term placement centers. I use group supervision so all supervisees hear about different experiences with a variety of clients. All of my interns report group supervision and ongoing ethics discussions as growth benefits. I love to learn and I am professor of marriage and family therapy. I currently practice in a group medical practice as well as online. My background also includes school counseling which has given me a skillset to collaborate with school personnel for client care. Previous research topics include exercise, learning differences, AD/HD, autism, apps and more. I am an active triathlete with four grown kids, a menagerie of animals and a very supportive husband. http://www.tarnowcenter.com and http://www.jjonestherapy.net
