Education: I hold a Ph.D. in Psychology and Master of Science in Counseling. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor, a National Certified Counselor, and a Certified EMDR Therapist.

Theory and Specialties: I identify as a creative, innovative, and authentic therapist and supervisor. I provide direct care to clients and have led clinical teams in diverse community mental health settings; including Community Mental Health, University Counseling Centers, and Group Practices. The modalities I use most are CBT, DBT EMDR, and IFS.
