I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor dedicated to helping early career counselors develop their professional identities and expertise. I earned both my masters and doctoral counseling degrees from The University of Texas at San Antonio. My clinical foundation is in ACT. However, I also incorporate person-centered, narrative, CBT, DBT, and EMDR methods to honor each client’s individual story and strengths.
