Mrs. Heather Pina-McGhee
LPC-S 77336Biography
As a supervisor, I strive to create a supportive, growth-oriented relationship where you can explore your clinical identity, build confidence, and gain practical skills. I enjoy mentoring early-career counselors and helping them connect theory to real-world practice. Supervision with me includes a strong focus on ethics, case conceptualization, and reflective practice.
I'm based in Mansfield, TX, and offer both individual and group supervision. If you're passionate about working with children or families—or simply want a grounded, encouraging supervisor—I’d love to connect.
