Theory and Specialties: I am relational, focused on how relationships heal, learning the mind body connection, promote focusing on their interests and sharing with the community not just on the couch with clients but also through community events. I have a myriad of mental health experience including residential, inpatient, crisis response and private practice. I work with children, adolescents and adults healing from depression, anxiety, trauma, difficulty with life transitions and behavior issues. I am attachment based, work from the interpersonal neurobiology framework and focus on connecting with the body and somatic healing. I am also a certified yoga teacher and working on completing my 300 hrs YTT to continue to incorporate the mind body connection within my practice. I also use CBT, DBT techniques and tailor therapy to each client. As a supervisor, I aim to curate a well rounded learning experience and aim to help my associates develop into culturally aware and competent licensed therapist. We promote being active members in the community. 

Supervision Practice: Face to face supervision, Virtual supervision, Triadic supervision (two people attend and counts as individual), Group supervision, Opportunities to work and see clients in your private practice, Online scheduling system, Supervision times before 5:00 PM, Supervision times after 5:00 PM, Weekend supervision times. Twice each month (LPC Associates two hour supervision), I am flexible
