Hi, I’m Damilola Adesina, a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) based in Texas and the founder of Ireti Counseling and Wellness. My approach is grounded in a culturally responsive, trauma-informed lens, integrating person-centered and narrative theories with elements of CBT and attachment work.

I am passionate about helping early-career clinicians build confidence, ethical foundations, and clinical skills that align with their authentic selves. My supervision style is warm, collaborative, and rooted in both accountability and empowerment. I believe supervision should feel like a place where you can grow without fear of perfectionism and ask questions without judgment.
