Ms. Catrina Drinning-Davis
TX LPC #68184Biography
Hi, I’m Catrina Drinning-Davis, LPC-S. I provide clinical supervision for LPC Associates across Texas and occasionally for graduate students preparing to enter the field.
As a supervisor, my goal is to help new clinicians grow into confident, ethical, and attuned therapists. I use an integrative supervision model that balances structure with support. I see supervision as a collaborative relationship built on safety, open dialogue, and mutual respect. I want supervisees to feel both challenged and encouraged as they develop their clinical voice and professional identity.
Those I supervise often describe my style as warm, direct, and grounding. I value transparency, curiosity, and self-reflection, and I believe growth happens best when supervisees feel safe enough to ask questions and explore their learning edges. My hope is that each person I supervise leaves feeling more equipped, confident, and connected to the kind of therapist they want to become.
