I work from an Adlerian and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) lens and integrate somatic strategies. In supervision, I’m person-centered, collaborative, strengths-based, and practical while focused on ethical care, clear documentation, and your growth as a clinician.

Education: I earned my counseling degree from Texas Womans University and have over 15 years of experience.
Theory and Specialties: I’m an LPC-S and RPT-S specializing in children, teens, and parents, with a strong focus on neurodivergent youth. My approach is eclectic: I use both directive and non-directive play therapy.
