Biography
Education: I graduated from UT Austin in 2005 (BA in Psychology and Human Development) and St. Edward's in 2012 (MA in Counseling, dual track).
Theory and Specialties: I am interested in building collaborative relationships based on mutual respect and trust. Together we will explore the systems impacting us, our clients, and our work. Important areas of focus are boundaries, confidence building, skills building, resourcing, work-life balance, and self-care. It is my job to ensure you are providing ethical & excellent care to your clients, so our topics will change according to your and your clients’ needs. You will be able to hear different perspectives on your cases and get support and guidance during individual and group supervision sessions. I have a relational approach with supervisees and clients. My primary client niche is working with pregnant/adopting and postpartum people and healing attachment wounds.
