Q: Can I discuss a particular case I’m struggling with?
A: Yes. That’s what we are here for. The only rule is your case must be supervision related. The first three attendees will be heard by the group. After that we can hear more if there is time.
Q: If I don’t have a case to discuss can I just come to listen and learn?
A: Yes. We will discuss the latest rules, policies, and tools so there will be lots to hear.
Q: I don’t live in The Woodlands. Can I attend via webcam?
A: Yes. All of our meetings are virtual.
Q: I paid my money but I found out I can’t make it. Can I get a refund?
A: We can only refund 50% up to the day of the meeting. Cancellations the day of meetings cannot be refunded. Season tickets are non-refundable.
Q: Can I earn CEs for attending?
A: Yes. You will receive a PDF certificate documenting the two hours of Supervision, Consultation, Ethics and any other special topics we cover. These will count as supervisor CEs even if you attend virtually. You will need to be on camera to earn the CE certificate
Q: Can I attend for only part of the time?
A: In order to make sure everyone gets feedback it’s important that attendees stay the entire time. We can’t stop you from leaving, but we can only award CEs if you stay for the duration. Also, you will need to be on camera to earn the CE certificate.
